About Us

Community Action Association members focus on networking and building leadership skills while strengthening the community. Members participate in community service and civic engagement projects with an emphasis on hunger, homelessness and education. Global Outreach programs included trips to Mexico and Morocco.

CAA not only builds leadership, management, and organizational skills, but also teach students responsibility, accountability, and dependability. We develop communication and team working skills while having a positive impact on the community.

We have won "best activity" awards two years in a row!

  • Global Outreach Mexico - Students travelled to Tijuana, Mexico to help build schools for disadvantaged children. This program will run over spring break 2008!
  • Global Outreach Morocco - Students created Virtual Morocco, an innovative technology prototype to promote tourism and cultural exchange. This program will run over the spring term, 2008!
