A native Rhode Islander, Heidi McClarnon has more than 15 years of experience in the field of communications. Before beginning her Johnson & Wales University career in January 2000, Heidi served as a public relations coordinator, development assistant, associate editor, business manager and media consultant for various nonprofit organizations throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Heidi began her J&W career as a publications writer and proofreader. She then moved on to serve as marketing coordinator for National Student Organizations (NSO) and is currently the communication specialist serving Admissions Systems as well as NSO. She has been heavily involved with advising NSO students for the past several years. She was the Business Professionals of America chapter and RI state advisor for two years and an advisor to the Communications Association for the past three years. |
