If you feel like you are always cramming for exams or not studying efficiently, this session is for you! This session will teach you better study strategies so you can better use your time to ace those tough exams.

January 15 Overcoming Presentation Anxiety

Do your knees feel weak when you have to get up and speak in front of a group? Do you feel like you never know what to say next? According to the book of lists, the fear of speaking in public is the #1 fear of all fears. Over 41% of people have some fear or anxiety dealing with speaking in front of groups. Whether or not you have presentation anxiety, this session will help you to overcome your fear and become a better presenter.
