 Dr. Erin Wilkinson is a Marketing Professor in the College of Business. She is a transplant from Southern California and has been teaching at Johnson & Wales University for nine years. Her areas of specialization include e-Commerce, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing Research. Dr. Wilkinson also is Director of the NSO Competitive Events Institute (CEI). She designed this experiential education program five years ago to provide students with an opportunity to compete in case study, role-play, skills-based events. Through her leadership and the CEI training program, Johnson & Wales won 66 medals at three national conferences in 2005-2006. |
